Thank you for shopping with SurroundSonic. Below is important information regarding our shipping process.
Shipping Method & Fees
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.95 on orders of up to 2 sonic toothbrushes. Orders for 3 or more of our toothbrushes will be charged at prevailing carrier rates based on shipping container weight and size.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 3 to 9 business days after they are processed and shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external carrier delays.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure reliable delivery of your products.
Shipping Areas
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (or you may request one via the email address below) so you can follow its progress online.
Delays
