We strive to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices of our Product are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update information at any time without prior notice. Note: Individual results may vary when using the Evolve sonic toothbrush. Our product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any dental or medical conditions.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our secure checkout system. Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards and PayPal.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on your location. SurroundSonic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Evolve toothbrush. If you are not, please refer to our Return Policy for information on how to initiate a return within the allowed time frame. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging unless defective or unless you are unsatisfied with your results. If you are unsatisfied with our product, our money back guarantee is good for 30 days.
7. Warranty
The Evolve toothbrush comes with a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. We will replace your Evolve sonic toothbrush with a new model if the original purchased unit is defective.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, trademarks, product designs, text, images, and graphics, is the property of SurroundSonic or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
